I began my career in Product Support, where I worked closely with users training them, solving their issues, and helping them navigate products on a daily basis.

That experience gave me something most designers don’t start with a deep understanding of real user problems.

Around 2017, I came across UX Design and it instantly clicked. The idea of designing better experiences instead of just fixing broken ones fascinated me.

I started learning everything I could. I found a mentor in Nagpur who guided me through the fundamentals of UX and UI, helped me understand design thinking, and introduced me to the tools and processes.

At the time, due to family responsibilities, I continued in my support role, but I didn’t stop learning. I invested my time in building skills, earning certifications, and strengthening my foundation in UX.

By 2020, I was ready both financially and professionally to make the shift.

Since then, I’ve been working as a UX/UI Designer, bringing together my support background and design skills to create products that truly understand users.

Today, with 6+ years of experience, I don’t just design screens, I design experiences grounded in real user needs.
