About Finedeeds
Making Corporate Social Responsibility engaging, impactful and measurable to create a ripple effect of goodness.
Finedeeds is a passionate team of professionals who believe in the power of technology to enable companies and employees to create meaningful social impact. Their mission is to make corporate social responsibility (CSR) not only possible but more engaging and effective, thereby helping nonprofits thrive.
For Corporates & their Employees:
CSR is essential for positive economic, social, and environmental impacts. Many corporates struggle with managing CSR goals, resources, and employee involvement, leading to fragmented efforts, lack of transparency, and difficulty in measuring impact.
For Nonprofits:
Small and medium nonprofits often lack the resources to attract donors and engage volunteers, hindering their community impact.
The Solution
For Corporates/Companies Finedeeds sought to create a platform that would help companies establish a transparent and fair culture of giving and volunteerism. They wanted to enable companies to match with reputable charities, measure the impact of their employees' contributions, and verify the allocation of their donations.
For NGOs Finedeeds planned to offer a comprehensive cloud platform that would empower small and medium-sized nonprofits to attract more visibility, donations, and supporters. The goal was to provide them with tools to work transparently and collaboratively, maximizing their social impact.
How It Started…
Our inaugural project briefing was a virtual convergence of Founders, Developers, and Designers, aligning our compass to the needs of 3 distinct user types.

To list their organizations, create projects and events (fundraisers or pro-bono), and connect with corporates and employees.

To engage in projects and events organized by NGOs, fostering a culture of CSR within their workforce.

The Design Jam
This collaborative summit birthed a mosaic of ideas through a design jam. We pinned our thoughts onto understanding cards and carved the pathway for solution crafting.
With a clear understanding of our users and their needs, I moved on to develop user flows for NGOs, corporates, and employees. This process involved several iterations and feedback sessions with the founders and project managers to ensure alignment with Finedeeds' vision.
Once the user flows were finalized, I started working on wireframes for each user type. These wireframes provided a skeletal framework of the platform, setting stage for the visual design phase.

The Launch & Impact
Upon its launch, Finedeeds was adopted rapidly by organizations, especially in and around Poland. It played a pivotal role in supporting individuals affected by the war in Ukraine by facilitating fundraising and donations for essential needs. The platform’s impact was significant, aiding countless refugees and contributing to various other initiatives.
